“Binary are a London group with one song and a brooding anthemic sound which marks them out as something a bit special. Formed by molecular biologist David Troster back in 2010 they manage to go somewhere quite heavy without sounding overloaded or melodramatic. Best thing we’ve heard in a while.”

Having recently released their debut single ‘Prisoner’ on Luv Luv Luv to critical acclaim, we’ve been wanting to get them up to Sheffield for some time. You’ll have spotted them in just about every list of bands to watch this year, with good reason.

“London (via Nottingham) based Childhood have been sneaking their way out of the underground for nigh on six months now, drawing praise from The Maccabees and Alex Kapranos along the way. We think their latest track – Mount Chiliad (below) – is their finest yet.” – NME

You’ll remember Childhood from our 322 Festival last November, and we couldn’t wait any longer to get them back in for us. They could easily be on the top of this bill, so come and find out why.
